The kitchenette was well-equipped with all necessary utensils and the location was close to the ski lift. , the staff was friendly and helpful.
The room was not clean and did not meet our expectations. the Wi-Fi was very slow, making it frustrating to use.

The hotel is in a peaceful location with easy parking and nice outdoor play areas for kids. the sauna is a nice feature and personnel is friendly. Rooms on the ground floor are ideal for families. the kitchenette has all the necessary equipment. Ski lifts are easy accessible with a short walk or free ski bus.
The beds were very uncomfortable.

The breakfast was delicious, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the shuttle to the slopes was fast and convenient, and we enjoyed coming back to a warm and cozy room each day. the staff was friendly and welcoming, and they made sure we had everything we needed.
The Wi-Fi connection was terrible, and it was frustrating to try to stay connected. the beds were too firm for our liking, and we didn't sleep well.

the staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. the Sauna and Massage services were exceptional and made my relaxation time even more special. the room had exclusive amenities like In-room breakfast and private facilities, which added to my comfort level.
The only minor issue I faced was with the TV in the Leisure room. the channels were limited and the remote control wasn't working properly.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the slopes and a free shuttle service to the lifts. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, ready to answer all my questions. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities were well maintained. The breakfast was a real treat with a variety of options to choose from.

During my stay at Residence Dei Walser, I found the location to be extremely convenient for transit. The nearest airport was only 73 km away, making it easily accessible for travelers like myself. the hotel provides a variety of transportation options to the nearest ski lift, including a complimentary ski bus and their own transfer service to Stafal station. This made it convenient for me to explore the ski slopes without any hassle.
I did experience a couple of minor issues during my stay. the floors in our room were quite cold, which made it uncomfortable to walk around barefoot.
